Rescue a Bostalian Bostalian Boston Terrier / Italian Greyhound Hybrid Dogs The Bostalian is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Boston Terrier and the Italian Greyhound. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
"Laney the Bostalian the Boston Terrier + Italian Greyhound hybrid dog at 5 years old. She is easy going and very loving. She loves to chase and chew balls/toys and loves to be pet. She has strong jaws. She loves to be on a schedule, (eating, going places, etc.) She can be very vocal when she plays and runs extremely fast. She has very soft fur. She gets along well with other dogs and kids. She is overall a great dog. She adapts to anything!"

"This is our 4 month old “Bostalian” named Jack. As you can see he has the coloring of a Boston Terrier with the body type of an Italian Greyhound. He really is a Jack rabbit. He bounces around when playing with our other dog and when playing he often sits up on his hind legs and “boxes”. He is high energy but at this age it is short lived. Very quick learner. Only took a couple of days to learn his name and we have only had him 3 weeks and he is house trained with very little effort. Loves to chew on things so we have to watch anything and everything. Plays very well with our other dog, very happy, playful and smart." Jack the Bostalian puppy at 4 months old. Jack the Bostalian puppy at 4 months old. Jack the Bostalian puppy at 4 months old.
"Tyson the Bostalian at eight weeks old. The puppy is mixed between a Boston Terrier and a Italian Greyhound (miniature). It is a male. He is very energetic and playful. He gets along very well with small children and other dogs as well. I love this puppy. He is very sweet to every person instead of being attached to just one owner."
