"My beloved Olga, a Kangal. She died this summer 2006, after a life of nearly 13 years. My best friend she was. Fierce, but always friendly; quiet, but always alert. Well, if you like this dog, be careful: she is too precious and beautiful to take her as a piece of furniture...these dogs need SPACE and a real and respectful master, who is a master and not an anxious dog himself, not a brutal and harsh dictator, otherwise the dog can become very dangerous.
