Information and Pictures

Lizzie the female Smooth Fox Terrier / Boerboel mix breed dog at 2 years old.—"Lizzie is a very happy dog. She is friendly with all people and easily accepts other dogs as playmates. Her color is that of her father the Boerboel and the body shape and height is that of her mother the Fox Terrier. She is a good watch dog. People that she does not know must take care before entering our property. She loves to walk but never goes out without her harness, even if you forget to close the gate."

Description

The Smooth Foxy Boerboel is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Boerboel and the Smooth Fox Terrier. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.
