Description

The Toxirn is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Cairn Terrier and the Chihuahua. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.

Miss Beana the Toxirn (Cairn / Chihuahua mix breed dog)—"This is Miss Beana. She is a true Toxirn. Her mother is a blonde Cairn Terrier named Cookie and her father is a tan and white Chihuahua named Max. We are good friends with the family we got her from, so we know this to be fact. I fell in love with her the first time I held her at 10 days old and she's been my best friend ever since. She is smart, dedicated and deeply loyal. She is kind and extremely loving to all that she meets. She is also one rough and tough girl and loves playing hard with her two brothers. Johnny, who is a German Shepherd, Lab/Pit Bull mix and outweighs her by 40 pounds and the other is a Yorkie named Baby Woody. She is also friends with all of my adopted cats and gets along great with dogs that she just meets at the dog park. All in all, Miss Beana is one great dog with a personality that keeps going and going. She is very vocal and I swear she says Mama every so often. We love her so much we wanted to share her beauty and essence with everyone."

He is a hog for attention and is very playful. Zeppelin is very smart, so it was easy to train him; but it has been a challenge for him to get along with dogs not from our household."
