DBI Rescue Listing Policy
 

Rescue listings have to be approved before they show up live on the Internet. This may take some time. When you filled out your application, we asked you to tell us something about your rescue. This is to help us determine if you are a true rescue. If, from what you wrote, you do not appear to be a rescue, your application will not be approved. We do not have time to contact those whose applications are not approved. If it appears your application was not approved in a reasonable amount of time and you feel it should have been (because you are a true rescue), resubmit your application stating so. For those of you with multiple rescue accounts, please only list under one category at a time. For example, if you have two rescue accounts, do not set both your accounts under the same breed, showing up twice. If we see you are listed under a single category multiple times, your listing may be removed from our system. Abuse of this free service can get you permanently removed from our database.

Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to refuse service or remove any rescue listing, text within an ad, image or website link at any time and for any reason we feel warrants such action without reimbursement. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to: listings which we do not feel qualify as a rescue; sites promoting illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark, copyright infringements; sites containing, in our opinion, racial or hate motivated ads; inappropriate content for young audiences; not following our rules; or if we feel your rescue is unfit or for any other reason, in our opinion, we feel removal is warranted. Dog Breed Info Center® does not allow, in any form, X-rated ads to appear. Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to edit or remove any ads which, in our opinion, slander other rescues, breeders, people or clubs or have inappropriate content or for any other reason we feel warrants such action. We do not allow any listing to mention other rescues, breeders, clubs or people in a negative way against the will of the ones being mentioned and we reserve the right to edit or remove any listing which, in our opinion, violates this policy. When running a rescue listing on the Dog Breed Info Center®, choose the appropriate category in accordance with our information pages. Dog Breed Info Center® reserves the right to remove any ad which does not follow our guidelines without reimbursement and without contacting the person who is running the listing. If you have any questions regarding what is allowed, you agree to contact Dog Breed Info Center® and ask. Foreseeable and whether or not Dog Breed Info Center® has been advised of the possibility thereof, Dog Breed Info Center® will not be liable for, or considered to be in breach of or in default, on account of any delay or failure to perform as anticipated by the parties, if its site becomes inoperable or incapable of performing as intended. Dog Breed Info Center® makes no representations that the operation of its site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. You further agree that you will not hold Dog Breed Info Center® responsible for any acts, errors, or commissions of any third party in connection with Dog Breed Info Center®, its website, and/or sites linked through the Dog Breed Info Center® website. Dog Breed Info Center® will put forth reasonable effort to make sure traffic delivered to an advertiser’s ad is unique.

Privacy.
The information you supply to Dog Breed Info Center® when registering will never be sold, rented, or given to any third party in any way or form.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices. 
Without limiting any other remedies, Dog Breed Info Center® may suspend or terminate your account if Dog Breed Info Center® has reason to believe that you have engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive activity in connection with our website. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any such activities.

Our website acts solely as a venue for advertisers to list animals or items (or, as appropriate, solicit offers to buy). We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for anything that a seller or buyer may do. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or animals advertised the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items or anything else relating to the foregoing. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. At no time does Dog Breed Info Center® control or take title to any item animal or inventory advertised on the website.

Because we are not involved in or responsible for the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, in the event that you have a dispute with a buyer or seller, as a condition of the use of our website, you agree to and hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Dog Breed Info Center® (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER 
The Dog Breed Info Center® website is available on an "as is" basis. Dog Breed Info Center® makes no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of any service provided by Dog Breed Info Center® for a particular purpose including, without limitation, the number of page views your ad receives, and the success of your listing. Dog Breed Info Center®, its employees, consultants, and other agents shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damage or expense (including attorney's fees) incurred by client as a result of any services provided Dog Breed Info Center® and/or its affiliates including, without limitation, the contents of any websites or pages, any technical malfunction, computer error, loss of data, delay in operation, computer viruses, communication line failure, destruction or unauthorized use or access to any websites or records or other injury, damage or disruption to client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should Dog Breed Info Center® be liable for any reason, client agrees that in no event shall Dog Breed Info Center®'s liability ever exceed the total amount paid to Dog Breed Info Center® by client in six months prior to any alleged loss. In no event shall Dog Breed Info Center® be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or related.
