Collectable Vintage Skye Terrier Dogs

For your enjoyment only. This is my own personal vintage dog figurine collection. They are not for sale.

Vintage Goebel Skye Terriers figurine number 30505 - 08—these two pups are conjoined at the hips and ears. One is cream in color and the other is black. Both have their little pink tongues sticking out. The piece has a high gloss finish and is in excellent condition. It has the Goebel bee with the V and W. Germany on the bottom indicating that it was made between 1972 and 1978 (TMK-5). It stands 3 1/2 inches tall from the bottom to the highest point of the ears, 2 1/2 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide from ear to ear.

This 1970s figurine reminds me of a set of Siamese twins, more so than the twin Skye Terriers above. I guess it is because they are both the same color. They are conjoined at the ears and hips. This comical pair is black/grayish in color with cute little pink tongues hanging out. They have very large winged out ears and cute little black eyes. Both are in a sitting pose and look like happy little pups. On the bottom of the figurine is the trademark 5 (TMK-5) logo of the bee inside the V above the 'bel' in the name Goebel. Under that it reads W. Germany. There is also an engraving that reads 30 505-08. The pups stand 3 1/2 inches tall from the bottom to the highest point of the ears, 2 1/2 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide from ear to ear.

There is also an engraving that reads 30 505-03. I am pretty sure that last number is a 3. It is possible that it is an 8. It is hard to make out.

Vintage Goebel Skye Terriers—these two silver platinum pups are conjoined at the hips and ears. Both have their little pink tongues sticking out. The piece is white with blue highlights. It has a high gloss finish and is in excellent condition. On the bottom of the figurine is the Goebel trademark 6 (TMK-6) logo of the name Goebel with W. Germany below it. The mark sets the date of the figurine between 1979 and 1990. There is also an engraving that reads 30 505-08 and another number that reads 11.  The pups stand 3 1/2 inches tall from the bottom to the highest point of the ears, 2 1/2 inches long and 4 1/2 inches wide from ear to ear.
