Corillon Corillon Papillon / Welsh Corgi Hybrid Dogs The Corillon is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Papillon and the Welsh Corgi. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses. Recognized Names:
Sogi the Corillon (Papillon / Pembroke Welsh Corgi hybrid) at 18 months old—"Sogi is a rescue from the Cherokee Indian Reservation. His fur pattern still changes every few months. After having grown his full rear leg "hula skirt," he is now getting "Woodstock" feathery hair on his crown. He has always been a smart and incredibly well-behaved dog."

Even though he's just barely small enough to fit comfortably on a lap, he relishes human contact. Unlike Corgis, he doesn't overly shed (we have more hair from the cat, instead). Brushing is a necessity as the full, gossamer hair in his jowls can become kinked, especially after play."

Jody is a hybrid of a Papillon father and a Corgi mother. Jody is a little over 2 months old in this picture. She loves to play and cuddle.
