Description

The Donskoy is not always a bald cat. Some are born hairless, but some have hairy kittens too. Some feel like a poodle, Some like a Wirehair Terrier and some like sheep wool. The gene is lot like the one for the Chinese Crested Dog. in every litter there are a few hairy kittens and some of the hairy ones are born with a bald spot on their heads. The ones with the bald spot will grow up to be bald cats by the time they are 2 years old. The kittens that are born hairy, without a bald spot on their head, with keep their hair for life. Donskoy are like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’re going to get till they grow up. Most breeders can still tell 90% of the time at birth what their adult hair will be.
