Iguana Keeping Iguanas as Pets

"This is Kalango, a green iguana. He lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. I rescued him and his brother from an animal dealer, but unfortunately his brother died one day later. Kalango had serious nutritional problems (bone disease) and he weighed 16 grams. I really don't know how old he is, but he is young!! Today Kalanogo has his own place (a home with me) and he weighs 54 grams (.5 ounces). His tail is growing up 4cm (1.5 inches) a month (he eats a lot). and he has a real bad humor for such a cute animal!!"

"This is Kalango at 1.3 years old and he weighs 635 grams. He still eats a lot but his humor ... well ... I guess he is learning what is to be loved because he left his bad humor in the past and his becoming a very wonderful pet." ____________________________________________
This is Peaches a 5 year old iguana. She decided that her 'normal' diet of dark leafy greens was boring, so she set her sights on the family dog's food...
This is a 3 year old iguana, named Haimish.
