Schneagle
(Miniature Schneagle)

Beagle / Schnauzer Hybrid Dogs

The Schneagle is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Beagle and the Schnauzer. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses.

Harlow loves playing with toys and playing fetch. She enjoys going on walks and loves to be able to run and chase squirrels."

This is Zoey our Schneagle at 8 years old.

"This is Zoey our Schneagle at 8 years old. She is the ultimate joy in a dog. She is funny. She does laps around our house running as fast as she can, tries to howl like the Beagle and doesn't do it well, she chases the squirels and gophers. She is a cuddler and always sleeps on the bed or the couch!"
