"Hello - Here's a photo of the best Shih-Tzu ever. This prissy little dog is all decked out. Maggie is a 6 years old purebred Shih Tzu. She is one of 15 (5 different litters). 10 of her siblings live in our neighborhood. When you walk and see them, they interact like they know they are related! She is very spoiled and a wonderful pet. Very intelligent. Everyday when I say to her to get my son up for school.... she goes to his door, I say knock on the door and she scratches until she gets in! Loves..... ICE (plays with it until it melts) and Carrots! A little Social butterfly.... when she sees friends out at home she will go over to their houses to greet them! Instead of barking.... she sneezes to get your attention!!! She dislikes squirrels; and likes children."
"Bear is an 18 month old Shih Tzu male dog. He is the most unusual and quirky dog I have ever met. He strangely makes the best guard dog I have ever had (I grew up on an African farm with 3 Alsatians) and I'm told this is because the were breed as Tibetan temple guard dogs who could quietly creep up behind intruders then release a huge bark for such little dogs and he is true to his breed. He is incredibly affectionate and every morning climbs on the bed and flops on his back and waits royally for tummy tickles. He loves chicken the most but is fond of apples, carrots and doggie chocs. I do watch Cesar and think he is incredible but would really like to see him work his magic with these little dogs who are incredibly stubborn and seem to have there own minds in everything. He was never any trouble to house train in fact it took 2 days total!!! The lead is another story and with all's Cesar's tips he still pulls or lies flat no in between. He is still a puppy but slowly we are making progress and he is well on his way to being a balanced loving loyal little dog." __________________________________
