J.J. the Weimaraner puppy—"J.J. is a very well-balanced 6-month-old puppy. Very friendly, but cautious of anything big enough to eat him. He loves little dogs. He's so full of energy and spunk. He's in training 3 days a week for obedience then worked with the other 4 days a week. We will be working toward titling him in Obedience, Rally and Agility. We throw balls in the park and we walk about 4 miles most days of the week. And about 10 minutes later he's ready to go again. His favorite activities are hiking in the woods and cuddling up with whomever invites him up on the couch. He's an incredible puppy and is growing up to be a wonderful dog."

Autumn the Weimaraner puppy at 8 weeks old—"After months of consideration my family and I decided to get our 3rd dog. My oldest daughter and I show our 2 Labs in obedience trials and my youngest daughter decided she didn't want to sit on the sidelines anymore. She just HAD to be in the ring, too. Even though we love our Labs, and knowing you can't go wrong with Labs, we wanted to try our luck out on another breed. But which one exactly? So, I searched day in and day out for a month for a dog that had the temperament we wanted and a look that was just too sweet for words and would fit into our lifestyle. And I stumbled across your site. That is when we decided that a Weimaraner was the breed we wanted. And she has proven to be just what we wanted. This is our Autumn at 8 weeks old. Her favorite thing to do is cuddle with whomever has a blanket that she can cuddle her nose in under. And there are lots of people around that love to give her the cuddles she needs. She loves other dogs and people. She is also bouncy and full of fun. Love when her back legs bounce over her head! She's already very well behaved and a pleasure to have around our house."

"This is Autumn at 12 weeks old. Now 4 months old, her temperament is really starting to shine through. She loves to explore. She loves other dogs. We have been introducing her to all kinds of dogs since she was 7 weeks old. Though a bit pushy and stubborn, she such a joy. We really take a calm and assertive manner toward her and we have shown her her place in our family. She's really succeeding at obedience training that she has been doing since she was 11 weeks old. She really takes direction from her handler (who is my 10-year-old daughter). And hopefully in the next year they will be ready to compete. I'm an avid watcher of Cesar Millan. I use his techniques all the time. With his help my whole family has become pack leaders."
